Went to gym in the morning. Came back had a chicken salad, and a full bar.
Then I went out to eat, here it comes. First round: peas, chicken, beef hot dog, miso soup, salad, turkey salad, strawberry, grapes. Second round: peas, chili, salad, strawberry. Third round: oreo, coffee w/ cream, chips. Food were alright, but I guess too much fruit+chili+milk made a lot of gases. So I felt so damn sick. I felt like binging, and you know when your body know this it wants to eat more.
Then I went back for dinner after 2 hours. First round: italian vegetables, veggie lasagna, chicken, grapes, bacon, turkey salad. Second round: beef lasagna, grapes, cream, turkey salad, chips. Third round: grapes and pear.
I don’t know I definitely didn’t control myself today, but I feel I just indulged for a little bit. I tries so hard to fullfill the negative mood by fruits. Now I have brushed my teeth and did another NTC. I just want to eat more veggie, drink more water, don’t want to eat tomorrow. I wanna get these garbages out of my tummy.
Oh thigh gaps. Those are beautiful things, but I’d like my legs be straight first.
I felt sleepy whole afternoon and now I realized it might be I have ate too much meat. Just craving today so I went to quail, beef, chicken thigh, and pork. Gosh it was good/greasy day. Haha I’m glad that my body tell me tomorrow will be better sin we are going to gym and we have a good dinning hall tomorrow dinner.
Hmmm, that’s tough, actually it’s one of my enemies - all you can eat college dinning hall. Before I could not resist, but now it’s getting better, I choose the healthiest to eat. And the only few times I eat at dinning hall are the times of the week I praise myself. Calories of the day will be higher, but I work them out.
Today, gym in the morning. When I cannot eat I had cucumbers and egg whites, then two plates of lettuce with few sides. Now I’m not hungry at all since lettuce took a lot of rooms in my stomach, but my brain already stopped working. Uh, for the sake of homework and the whole night, I guess I will got to make some food….
I didn’t realize weekend can also be so good. Gym in the morning, I love free run. Two healthy meals: family recipe zucchini with chicken; quesadila with shrimp and onion, burrito with vegetables, both used low-carb tortila.
I gained weight today though. Yesterday I lost too much, my body need a day to adjust the change.
Yes actually I had….I was surprised when I recalled…
The first time was in high school, before annual health inspection. It felt bad, I lost about 2 pound by that. In college these years I often intentionally drink milk, which make me purge, and also alcohol does that too.
So this morning I got to my low weight, it’s dangerous so have to work harder. So proud of myself of working out before the day started. Had a salad which them made me had stomachache. For dinner cooked myself one half chicken, delicious!
My lowest weight since I grow up was the summer before last, I was about 120lb. I lost some weight for last summer in high school, and gained them back freshman year college. My goal is go back to the lowest weight this summer, I’m almost there. And my UGW is 110lb in the winter. What a year of being fit!
Today I went to gym (has been so long!), had my veggie with beef jerkey for lunch, a huge protein bar for snack, and a balanced dinner.
I wear 5 and small. Used to be medium cuz I have a big bone structure. Actually my pants feel so loose since haven’t wear them for long.
This morning I cooked myself some good food. After veggie and beef jerkey I still went to chinese food :( But they were not that unhealthy though. Bought a bag of fried pig skin as snack, zero carb but lots of fat, hope they can keep me away from food. Baked a chicken thigh for dinner
Favorite diet? Low carb, and it is the only one I approve as healthy.
Went to White Sox game today, had so much fun with friend. But you know you cannot avoid junk food at party time. Tailgating lol beers, chips, hot dogs, peanuts. had fro-yo with my best friend =) And then Mexican grill, I like it! A day with normal food makes me feel so full, and don’t want to splurge, or I already did lol!
The last time I ate fast food…? Spring break, and post spring break…I should had eat lean after that.
Ate a lot yesterday night, with alcohol. So went to gym this morning. Even rain cannot stop me from run. Indeed running in the rain is the best feeling in a while. Made myself french toast, meant to save some for tomorrow’s breakfast but failed =) Made delicious chicken, just soso fish. Have too much meat in my fridge.

Mine is 110lb. Let’s see, at least 120lb this summer and keep, so probably 110 at the end of this year? Is it possible to lose pounds during summer or fall? Earlier my goal was 110lb this summer. FitnessPal says it’s possible though!
Today had good breakfast, lunch, snacks for dinner.
I don’t think anybody ever straightly said I an fat cuz actually I have a very healthy figure. But ppl do say oh you are fatter than before but you looks better. Oh I remember once my mom said on the dinner table that I have to lose weight, and I cried. I just told my mom this and let’s see her reaction tmr.
Today was good, days without gym but with Fitness Pal are pretty on track. Through weight didn’t change.
I do binge. Actually I think it’s one of the largest obstacle on my way of losing weight. It’s usually happens when I have buffet, thinking I have been suffering long enough to have a treat. Then it ends up with several days of binge and gained weight back.
Today no work out but just count calories. It’s about 800 kcals. Mostly vegetables and some lean protein.
